Had a diagnostic of a failing HVAC. Mack was great, explained what was going on and what options were. He gave us a ton of details and walked us through how the system should be performing and why it wasn't. He was a great resource to speak with and was respectful of the property and of us. Fantastic experience. Ultimately, already planned on getting a new HVAC w/Dykstra so not worth repairing current, but, great experience on the diagnostic and my thanks and kudos to Mack for speaking with us.
